Took this as a carry-on for a four-day trip and it swallowed way more than I expected thanks to all the pockets. The puffer style is soft but holds its shape, so it doesn't flop over when it's half empty.

The puffer exterior is what sold me and it doesn't disappoint in person, soft but structured enough that it holds its shape when empty. I've used it as both a gym bag and a weekend carry-on and the interior space swallows way more than it looks like it should.

Packed this for a four-day trip and the amount of space in here honestly surprised me, plus the padded puffer shell kept everything from getting crushed in the overhead bin. Looks way more put together than my old gym duffel.
